TV viewers urged to stock up on Suntheanine

If one of your goals this spring is to shed extra winter pounds, fitness expert Lisa Lynn can help. Appearing on Good Morning Connecticut, she challenged viewers to rid their bodies of toxins, which may slow weight loss. She encouraged the use of natural products instead, and recommended Suntheanine, to reduce stress. Suntheanine is the only clinically researched form of the amino acid L-theanine. It promotes a state of alert relaxation that eases anxiety and promotes calmness. “Keep it on your desk and, about 30 minutes before one of those corporate events that drive us nuts, take it preventively,” Lynn suggested.
